What is the processing time on Made-to-Order items?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for all Made-to-Order items to be processed. Some items may be completed sooner or take longer. Be on the lookout for any additional emails with updates about your order.

What is the processing time on Pre-Orders?

Pre-order processing time varies depending on the item. Each item listing that indicates it is a Pre-order will include an estimated production and processing time, taking into account any external manufacturing or the gathering of all supplies needed to begin production on said item. Emails will be sent periodically with all updates on orders that include a Per-order item.


What is the processing time for all other orders?

All orders that do not include a Made-to-Order item or a Pre-Order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.


What type of packing material do you use?

All packing materials are made from recycled or reused cardboard and paper. Bubble wrap and other plastic packing materials are repurposed and reused.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted by email request within 2 days of purchase. Please send all cancellations requests to help@nornights.com

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only eligible if your order has not shipped and is within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Refunds will not be processed if an order is marked as shipped or delivered. Please send all refund requests to help@nornights.com

Can I make a return?

I understand that preferences can change. While I do not accept returns, if you find that you no longer want the product after your order is marked delivered, you are more than welcome to gift it to someone. If an item arrived damaged, please send photographic proof to help@nornights.com and refer to the damaged section of the FAQ.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges are only eligible if your order has not shipped and is within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Exchanges are not eligible if an order is marked as shipped or delivered. Please email help@nornights.com with your name and order number to make your exchange request.

What do I do if my product is damaged?

All damaged products require photographic proof to be sent to help@nornights.com, along with your name and order number. Photos must be clear with good lighting. Products are only eligible for a replacement or refund if the product was already damaged upon opening your package. Products do not qualify for a replacement or refund if the damage was caused by misuse.
